We Turned Fish into a Feast

No matter how many times you hear “salmon is a superfood,” nothing makes you connect with food better than your memory of a great dinner party. Pier 33 is staple at supermarket giants like Kruegers, Harris Teeter, and Price Chopper, but they needed to be staples at home. So, together we planned a snazzy little party with a smashing guest list.

We paired the seafood with a local brewery and hosted a media and influencer dinner filled with delicious food, beer, and scintillating conversation. The chef made family favorites and experimented with various recipes that he was sure discerning foodies would love.  Guests turned into friends, friends became fans and to this day we all look back and say, “wow, that was a wonderful time. Should we have salmon again for dinner tonight?”
